ABOUT
The Cebu City Health Department – Mental Health Program is a government
organization providing humane and quality mental health programs and
services to the Cebuano populace such as: provision of psychotropic
medications, mental health and psychosocial support / psychological first-aid
in times of disasters, life-coaching and supportive communication, seminars
/ trainings and referrals / linkages to other mental health facilities or
professionals.
